Let me tell you. I did not know struggle until I tried to cut brass pipe. Ha, kidding! But seriously, it was difficult. The pipe I decided to use was 1/8inch thick because it was the best fit I could find for the holes of the brass balls.
Spoiler: that's tiny. I finally ended up using a C clamp to secure it to my kitchen counter and used a mini saw. A little time consuming, but effective!
